Immunization Reminder
All students entering the 7th grade are REQUIRED to have a tetnus (Td) booster (given within the past 5 years) as well as to have completed the Hepatitis series of 3 shots. They must also have had a second dose of MMR.
Any entering 6th grade student New to Duval County School System (another district, home school, private school, etc.) must have proof of the chicken pox vaccine.
